Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

  • Customised orders cannot be cancelled.
  • All other orders must be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
  • If an order is cancelled after it is shipped, you will need to reject the package and send it back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • You must return/exchange a non-customised product within 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or cancelled.
  • To complete your return/exchange, we will require a copy of the bill/invoice.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@hoozinc.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded.
  • Unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be returned/refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at info@hoozinc.com

Shipping

  • To return your product, send us an email at info@hoozinc.com within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please use a reliable courier service with tracking.
  • Any products not received by us cannot be refunded.
